Hardware-Support (DE) / Re: eGalax USB Touchscreen
« Last post by dieres on Today at 04:20:42 »

Hardware-Support (DE) / eGalax USB Touchscreen
« Last post by dieres on Today at 02:23:25 »
Moin,

Was läuft da schief ? ging doch bislang immer.
.
Hab dies in der logdatei gefunden:
[    10.747] (II) config/udev: Adding input device eGalax Inc. USB TouchController (/dev/input/mouse1)
[    10.747] (**) eGalax Inc. USB TouchController: Applying InputClass "calibration"
[    10.748] (II) No input driver specified, ignoring this device.

Section "InputClass"
   Identifier   "calibration"
   MatchProduct   "eGalax Inc. USB TouchController"
   Option   "MinX"   "18698"
   Option   "MaxX"   "18613"
   Option   "MinY"   "56833"
   Option   "MaxY"   "55668"
   Option   "SwapXY"   "1"
   Option   "InvertX"   "0"
   Option   "InvertY"   "0"
EndSection

Section "InputClass"
<------>Identifier<---->"calibration"
<------>MatchProduct<-->"eGalax Inc. USB TouchController"
        Option "SwapAxes" "1"
<------>Option<>"Calibration"<->"1913 77 196 1854"
#        Option "InvertX" "on"
#        Option "InvertY" "on"
EndSection

Only debian maintainers did patch the existing nvidia driver, not the vendor.
jure shows us the changelog of the debian package, which refers to debian bug #855802.

Ahhh -- thanks Jure -- they did not show that on their website.  So, maybe I'll get brave and try 4.20.
