I don't have any big problems with the way this forum is presented now.  The front page is long, because it shows both the German and English forums on one page.  One thing you could do to shorten it a bit would be to make the entire Archive one link, and then let the contents of the Archive be hidden until the forum user clicks on the link.

I understand, I think having both languages is great.

and within months you"ll learn some german.

Ya, perhaps I'll play with the google translator some more and it does do a pretty decent job so at least I can then get a good idea what you Germans are up to ;)
