Getting crazy...

Booting up this morning, my system panel appears on my right monitor, instead, as usual, on my left one. Changing this, using systemsettings-> ... -> "set main screen" is not possible. Doing so switches my background images but the panel stays nailed on my right screen. Not enough, right clicking or hoovering over starters on the panel on the right monitor let the menu/context appear on the left one, also kmenu...
No idea where else to look at, or where I can manually tell KDE to set the panel to the right position.
On the attached screenshot my mouse hoovers over the VLC symbol on the panel of my right screen...

EDIT: using kdenext, older kernel(4.2.3) does not change this behaviour
