Today's upgrade of gtk3 breaks the gtk3 version of gvim. The gtk2 version of gvim still works until this is fixed.

today an upgrade of vim-gtk3 solved the issue https://bugs.debian.org/842070.
Merged 842070 842192 842819 842990 843146 843521 843550  [lots of complaints]
