Hi there, so I recently upgraded my laptop and it has an 7840U, I know there is a BIOS fix that is coming out soon with some of the GPU issues, but one of the weirdest issues I have is that when I plug my power cord into the laptop, the computer just does a full reboot. About 1-2 seconds after plugging it in. is there any place I can look and see what causes the issue.
I tried to look at the last thing from journalctl -b -1
but there doesn't seem to be any errors, other than the MES errors with amdgpu which will be fixed in a bios update. However I am not sure whats causing the reboots from plugging in the power.
I did try fedora beta 39 to validate its not a hardware problem, and plugging in power does not cause the system to restart.

Recently, I was going through my bios due to a boor issue and noticed that there is a setting to "power on when A/C plugged in". Currently set to "no" but I thought it was interesting. Maybe there is something similar with yours?

Ok, I did check the BIOS, no luck. That said I do not have the same issue on the Fedora beta.

Going to mark this is resolved as the 3.03 bios fixed everything and all is working great now.
