I guess it will propably be included once it becomes available.

But I would not expect this to happen at 10.march even its on the roadmap planned at that date. As far as I know there have none of the planned prereleases arrived yet.
So it might take a little longer :P

Bulding the packages nowI would not really dare/recommend as long there is no "fat" source tarball available for a prelease.
