I have been using the Vivaldi browser for some time and it has become my favorite. After many many years of not liking KDE. I have finally installed it and quite like it. It is a lot different that it used to be. I did not like all those desk menus it used to have and admittedly I am too old to change from an uncluttered desktop.
The problem I faced was Vivaldi could not find all my links etc when it synced. I think it does not like Kwallet. so I added --password-store=gnome to the vivaldi command and it is is working fine. I was using Vivaldi under xfce and cinnamon previously.
I put it here as it might help someone. If anyone knows a better way. I am willing to listen.
Take care everyone.

I don't think, Kwallet is to blame. Sync with Vivaldi Snapshot just worked fine here.
