Title: Firefox ≥94 'already running, but is not responding'

There are a few situations where this old bug shows its ugly face again, instead of opening links you get an error message:

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To use Firefox, you must first close the existing Firefox process, restart your device, or use a different profile.
