Hello dear siduction users!

The new stable kernel 4.1 is out now and siduction already provides latest packages,
together with nvidia-driver (version 346.72) and fglrx-driver (version 15.200).

Our core team member towo` has a heart for users who want to use their hardware as good as possible.
Not  only does he package the latest kernels with free drivers in excellent quality for us, but he also spares no effort in supporting proprietary drivers. Towo` does this work not only for his own hardware, but he supports users of intel, nvidia and even fglrx. Some weeks ago the siduction project has provided an AMD based test system for towo`, to support his activities. As a result we see a well tested fglrx-driver in the siduction repo, readily patched for the kernel 4.1.

Many thanks, towo`!

Donations are welcome, see this (german) Link http://forum.siduction.org/index.php?page=3
Please use the subject "Spende an siduction".

greetings
musca

Any chance for nvidia legacy 340.76 packages?

Also a great thanks for towo for his quality kernels as well as his work on getting the blobs working on them :)

Ok, you can't code, but you still might be able to write a bug report for Debian's sake

du hasn't targeted my kernel for upgrade in a while:

Code: [Select]
$ inxi -S

Meanwhile I'm having an error in apt-get update:

linux-image-siduction-$arch

Thanks, that worked.

Since Firestarter. I've never had to do anything to upgrade the kernel. I have no idea why that meta package wasn't installed. When I searched apt for siduction or linux or kernel, I got an overwhelming list of choices.
