Title: Looking for a way to save Internetradio trackwise
Post by: Lanzi on 2016/06/10, 18:02:06
I hope to chose the right english words:

I had in the good old windows days in 2002 a plugin in winamp that recorded intentradio und cut in a moment of silence the tracks. The track was named after the transmitted tracks, wich worked in 95% of the tracks very good (depending on the radiostation).

Do you know a similar solution for linux? Its not a problem to record Internetradio with streamtuner2, but it does not seperate the tracks (afaIk).

Hi Lanzi,

you choose probably the commandline tool "streamripper" to record streaming music.

perfect.
Thanks. I will try it tomorrow.

It works really good! The trick is to find the right Internetadress. The easiest way is to look in streamtuner for the adress and then copy-paste to streamripper.

Thanks Bluelupo!
