Recently the following boot messages are displayed:

Are you dual/triple booting ? 

Have you had BSD, Solaris, QNX RTOS installed at one time  ?

The disturbing messages were not displayed when booting but after launching update-grub and only in runlevel 3.

Comparable message in runlevel 3 here also. Searching for any hints I found samoth's thread, but unfortunately not a solution - at least understandable for me.

I also get these messages. As it is always concerning the extended partition container on the two harddisks and no special partition in it I have chosen to ignore it. The container itself doesn't have any filesystem AFAIK and therefore the messages are correct, only disturbing. BTW: Multiboot wiht several linux distributions here too in case that matters.
