update flashplugin-nonfree (or use a cronjob)

Again, critical bug closed:

As I feel these warnings become annoying I want to suggest to all of us flashplugin-nonfree users to configure our computers like described here (thanks absolute):

If you like this solution please do not update manually today and tell us weather the cronjob did the job successfully. Else update with:

Because, i did get a 404-error and did the manual download - via heise.de download link, adobe site, unpack and copy according to Readme - to finally get

Ahh, your above postings show I'm not alone with this.

And for those primarily reading the update-warning section, I've updated the update-script.
