hi,
dont know how to state the problem,
so I just put cli error message here:
Code: [Select]
root@lifo:~# LANG=C apt-get install  xserver-common xserver-xephyr xserver-xorg-core xz-utils yakuake zim
Reading package lists... Done

Reading state information... Done
xserver-common is already the newest version.
xserver-xephyr is already the newest version.
xserver-xorg-core is already the newest version.
xz-utils is already the newest version.
yakuake is already the newest version.
zim is already the newest version.
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
yakuake : Depends: konsole4-kpart (>= 4:4.3.0) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

As far as I know, konsole4-kpart doesn't exist anymore

https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=names&suite=all&section=all&keywords=konsole4-kpart

There is experimental konsole-kpart, but, it may very much break your system

Free speech isn't just fucking saying what you want to say, it's also hearing what you don't want to fucking hear

I either give too many fucks or no fucks at all, it's like I cannot find a middle ground for a moderate fuck distribution, it's like what the fuck

Hi,

hi,
dont know how to state the problem,
so I just put cli error message here:
[snip]

This was a small packaging error, I think it is corrected in konsole4-kpart version 4.14.3-0siduction1.2, please dist-upgrade and try again.

We have konsole-kpart is based on KDE Frameworks, konsole4-kpart is based on the old KDE SC 4 technologies. Yakuake wasn't ported yet to the new KDE Frameworks technologies so we need this konsole4-kpart package to make it work in Plasma 5.

Debian is behind kubuntu and siduction so they don't have this package yet.
