[DE] DVB-S Karte wird nicht erkannt

Hallo,
ich habe mir die im Wiki mit 1+ gekennzeichnete Hauppauge Nexus besorgt. Leider wird sie von Kaffeine nicht erkannt.

Der Chip der Karte ist ein Philips Semiconductors SAA7146 (rev 01).

Wie muss ich weiter vorgehen?

Ich habe die Karte auch (i.M. ungenutzt)...Du brauchst die Firmware, ist ne *.bin und ne *.fw. Schau mal auf LinuxTV nach.

das bezieht sich m.E. alles auf den DVB-T Terratec Stick, der allerdings nicht in Benutzung ist.

Du hast 2 Karten, eine pci und eine usb.

dvb-ttpci-01.fw wird dann ja wohl nicht zur usb-karte gehören, nicht wahr?
Wenn man dann noch tt als technotrrend übersetzt statt terratec dann wird auch ein Schuh aus dem Namen.
Die alten Hauppauge waren alles TechnoTrend clones, soweit ich mich erinnere.

meine geht aucvh nicht ganz richtig,
Musik kann ich mit Kaffeine abspielen und aufnemen funzt auch ganz gut, aber TV gucken und Videos mit kaffeine anglotzen geht nicht

Hallo Susa2,
ich hatte ähnliche Probleme mit Kaffeine (Musik ja, DVB nein). Bei mir lag es an dem installierten nouveau - Treiber. Nach Installation des Nvidea Paketes funktionierte Kaffeine wie gewohnt.
