Hi,
during d-u tonight package flashplugin-nonfree was updatet, too.
After starting iceweasel the plugin wasn't present there anymore.
But:
update-flashplugin-nonfree --install --verbose
options : --install --verbose --
temporary directory: /tmp/flashplugin-nonfree.IYbGZ0TVFs
importing public key ...
selected action = --install
installed version = 11.2.202.238
upstream version = 11.2.202.238
upstream version 11.2.202.238 is already installed
end of action --install
cleaning up temporary directory /tmp/flashplugin-nonfree.IYbGZ0TVFs ...
end of update-flashplugin-nonfree
An apt-get purge flashplugin-nonfree
followed by an apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
brought it back.
greets
ayla
EDIT:
As testet on a second machine apt-get install --reinstall flashplugin-nonfree
solves too.

my d-u last night did not cause any trouble:
pol flashplugin-nonfree

Installiert: 1:3
Installationskandidat: 1:3
Versionstabelle:
*** 1:3 0
500 http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ unstable/contrib amd64 Packages

Because of 64 bit?

I didn't see any problem with it here, either -- I just ran d-u and got towo's new 3.5.4 kernel.
root@imerabox:/home/don# apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree

Strange
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree

Versionstabelle:

but:
uname -a
Linux nescaya 3.5-3.towo-siduction-amd64
Seems I was a bit earlier with my d-u, towos new kernel still wasn't available then. Strange anyway.
Updated two 64-bit-machines about 23h ago, both lost the plugin in the iceweasel addons and a site I often use recommended to install it.
EDIT: hmm, maybe not so strange at all. For some reason there is a update of flashplugin-nonfree again tonight.
