Siduction community,
I like radiotray very much and therefore I hope that this not a never ending story ;) .
Radiotray icon is visible in systray but that is all - no menu, no context menu.
As suggested in some bugreports, I purged radiotray package then anew installed and additionally
# apt install libappindicator1 libappindicator3-1 python-appindicator gir1.2-appindicator-0.1 gir1.2-appindicator3-0.1 libgtk2-appindi
cator-perl gstreamer1.0-x
Here my config.xml
<config>
<option name="volume_increment" value="0.05"/>
<option name="volume_level" value="1.0"/>
<option name="url_timeout" value="100"/>
<option name="enable_application_indicator_support" value="false"/>
<!-- valid options are 'appindicator', 'systray' and 'chooser' -->
<option name="gui_engine" value="systray"/>
<option name="active_plugins"><item>Notifications</item></option>
<option name="buffer_size" value="164000"/>
</config>
Unfortunately no success!
Can anybody help?
Greetings
Tom

Thanks, @unklarer,
unfortunately to no avail:
Setting <true> "automatically" reset to <false> after launching.

I liked radiotray a lot, but after the last qt5 transition I gave up on it. The few radio channels that I care about have a .pls or .mp3 or some kind of "live" stream that you can download and play with VLC. If necessary, look at their web page html source to find it.
Sorry, I know this is not the answer you hoped for. :-X

Many thanks, @dibl, for your attention and comment.
I will miss radiotray … but «I have a dream …».
