Surprise to my spanish language.
Desperado is not a correct word. The correct one is DesESperado
It means, without hope.
But anyway, Desperado works and run excellent!!!

I think "desperado" is a "Spanglish" word, used north of Mexico, like the Eagles song and album (http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Desperado-lyrics-Eagles/6D5EA1AE046B841B482568600020A3DB).

In the brazilian portuguese "desperado" signifies "desesperado" what It's the same of spanish which It means desperate in english.
