Ich weiß auch nicht, warum es solange nach Einführung von Multiarch immer noch Probleme damit gibt...

ZUm HG:
Computer meiner Schwester - sie braucht wine. Desperado reloaded ist schon etwas länger drauf, DU auf neustem Stand.

apt-get install wine
Dann multiarch über add-achritecture:i386 zugefügt
apt-get update
apt-get install libweine.bin:i386

SO, da bricht er ab, weil mal wieder eine manpage überschrieben werden soll, er aber nicht darf.

apt-get install libwine.bin:i386
führt zu

It is not the latest version, but, I can play all my games no problems (skyrim, half-life 2, starlancer, etc)

okay, purging everything worked. I could resolve everything and deeinstall. apt-get install -f shows no more output.

How should I install wine now?

with apt-get install wine? Or
apt-get install wine:i386 ?

You can either install 1.4.1-4 from apt (I run 64bit with multiarch enabled)

download all the debs found here to the new debs folder you just created

Especially the tipps for a newer version are very good.

When I start the first exe the dummy window appaeras, that tells me, that I need libwine:i386.
And then my problem starts all over again:

dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten von /var/cache/apt/archives/libwine-unstable_1.5.30-2_i386.deb (--unpack):
Versuch, »/usr/share/man/man1/wineserver.1.gz« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket libwine 1.4.1-4 ist
dpkg-deb: Fehler: Unterprozess einfügen wurde durch Signal (Datenübergabe unterbrochen (broken pipe)) getötet
Vormals nicht ausgewähltes Paket libwine-bin-unstable wird gewählt.
Entpacken von libwine-bin-unstable (aus .../libwine-bin-unstable_1.5.30-2_i386.deb) ...
Trigger für man-db werden verarbeitet ...
Fehler traten auf beim Bearbeiten von:
/var/cache/apt/archives/libwine-unstable_1.5.30-2_i386.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I cannot override "/usr/share/man/man1/wineserver.1.gz". Last time I deleted it, which didn't help

Sorry, that all is in german, btw...

unfortunatly it also tells me, libwine:i386 is installed.

apt-get purge all that is listed then apt-get clean and then do those 2 outputs again, should be clean then install with the choices I listed above. I am at work so I will look later on your progress

I reeinstalled wine, but now, I cannot run it. its not in the /usr/bin folder:
