[DE] autopsy: root findet keinen Bildschirm, user findet kein USB-Laufwerk

Hallo,

ich habe mir autopsy installiert für die Recherche nach ein paar verschollenen Urlaubsfotos.

Da es kein aktuelles autopsy + sleuthkit gibt, das man mittels "ap-get" installieren könnte, ist einige manuelle Aktivität erforderlich.

Ich konnte beides mithilfe der mitgelieferten Anleitung installieren, aber:

- autopsy soll als root gestartet werden, da es Probleme damit gibt, USB-Laufwerke (bzw. externe Laufwerke) zu erkennen. Siehe screenshot.

- autospy, als normaler user gestartet, findet dann aber kein eingehängtes Laufwerk (obwohl es eingehängt wurde und einsehbar wäre, siehe screenshot).

Starte ich autopsy dann dennoch als root, gibt es die Fehlermeldung, wonach der Bildschirm nicht erreichbar ist:

Ich würde gern den Fehler mit normalem User beheben und die USB-Festplatten "richtig" einbinden. Wie kann ich da vorgehen?
