[fixed] Samba crashes after libtevent upgrade

After upgrading to libtevent0 to 0.9.31 samba segfaults.
Downloading the 0.9.28 version from debian testing solves the problem.

There is a fix (... not tested on my system):

samba (2:4.4.6+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=high
* Remove uses of tevent internals. This fixes segfault.
 Closes: #840382, #840298.
