Title: Root on ZFS install
Post by: Stefan on 2023/05/24, 16:11:57
Is there any official root on ZFS install guide for Siduction? Does Calamares installation script have option for this?

I followed the OpenZFS Debian Bullseye installation guide (https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/Getting%20Started/Debian/Debian%20Bullseye%20Root%20on%20ZFS.html) with some changes. I used:
Code: [Select]
debootstrap unstable /mnt
to install the minimal system. But I got stuck after I chrooted and try to run:
Code: [Select]
apt install --yes zfs-initramfs
as apt could not find the package.

Is my only option to install Bullseye on ZFS and than switch to Sid?

Nevermind, I forgot to update apt source list in chrooted environment.
