fsck is being run periodically on both the root and /home partitions. You can see the results from the last time it was run in /var/log/fsck/ (you'll have to look at the files in that folder as root using nano or some other cli text editor, or, using krusader-root).
There are ways of forcing fsck to run after a reboot, or, you can change the period during which they're checked using tune2fs, but, is that what you want to do? You don't really want to have fsck run automatically each time you boot, do you?
