Title: kde i386: kde-l10n-de missing, bootmenu language option not taken for DE

On KDE i3846 when selecting german as language at boot, this is working for terminal+keyboardsettings, but not in KDE. Here the context menus, kickoff, systemsettings are still in english. On a firestarter-iso dpkg -l | grep kde-l10 showed kde-l10n-de, december-RC shows nothing.
