[DE] Unterschiedliche Thunderbird Versionen

Hallo,

ich habe auf zwei Rechnern Thunderbird original, also nicht aus den Repositories, installiert. Mittlerweile hat ein Rechner auf die Version 68.1.1 aktualisiert während auf dem anderen Rechner immer noch die Verion 60.9.0 installiert ist. Trotzdem sagen beide Verionen, dass sie aktuell seien und ich auf dem Update-Kanal release bin. Wie kann das sein?

Du kennst Suchmaschinen? Vermutlich nicht, sonst hättest Du ja einfach finden können, das Mozilla ein kein Update von 60.x zu 68.x anbietet.

Das habe ich schon gelesen, dass es kein Update von 60.x auf 68.0 gibt sondern erst auf die 68.1. Das hat die Thunderbird Version auf meinem Desktop Rechner ja dann auch gemacht. Nur die Version auf meinem Laptop macht das Update eben nicht und sagt mir trotzdem, dass es aktuell ist. Auf beiden Rechnern ist eingestellt, dass Updates automatisch installiert werden sollen.
Das ist jetzt kein Problem, es wundert mich nur, dass bei scheinbar gleicher Installation eine Version updatet und die andere nicht.

I'm confused. Should I update it daily or nightly? 
I like your screenshot, especially the Conky time and the start menu icon (just copied that)

Yeah it confuses me too, no idea why  me like conky    doctor prescibed
