Hi Siduction Followers
I notcied that with the wintersky release a cinnamon ISO was dropped. And that there might be no future cinnamon support. Does this mean that I have to change to another desktop environment ? Or can I stay on cinnamon, and if so do I need to modify any repos to keep my cinnamon up to date?
Sorry if this might be a stupid question - please ignor a Newbies ignorance.
Habe gesehen das es mit dem Wintersky Release keine Cinnamon ISO mehr gibt. Und dieser Desktop wohl nicht mehr unterstützt wird.
Frage - muss ich nun meinen Desktop wechseln - oder kann ich weiter Cinnamon nutzen, und falls ja muss ich irgendwelche Repos anpassen, um Cinnamon aktuell zu halten? Bin sehr zufrieden mit Cinnamon.
Sorry falls dies eine dumme Frage sein sollte.

As long as Cinnamon exists in Debian, you can continue to use it.
There is no need to modify any repos.
Solange Cinnamon in Debian existiert, kannst Du es auch weiterhin nutzen.
Da müssen auch keine Repos modifiziert werden.
