  calibre calibre-bin

At the moment I don't know the reason.

You *might* want to let it go, finish the d-u and reinstall, the only conflict I see is calibre-bin:i386 if using multi-arch

This is happening because of the sip4 transition; you will be see it fixed in debian soon, you can fix it in the meantime adding the kdenext repository to your sources.

It is fixed. Calibre can be installed in debian sid without kdenext.
