I set the right time zone. But the time is wrong and I can't change it. What do I do?

I'm using xfce. I just can't find the settings for it. Do I have to so it in the terminal?

Open the terminal, "su" to become root.

follow the script.

It will not be changed instantly -- there will be delay of some minutes until it syncs with a server.
