As some may have noticed, during dist-upgrade a lot of plasma-framework related stuff / libkf5* is dropping in (5.62 -> 5.70). As hefee noted in IRC, the buildds are still busy and some rebuilds triggered, so don't get nervous, wait a day or two ;). It must not do any harm if you hit 'Y' now, but it could...
