But here in this forum the "\" is wrong! It does not escape a line feed (and prevents a d/l).

So if you want to d/l ommit the "\". Or copy the URL in the addressbar of a webm able browser to view this video directly.

The mirror doesn't serve well for viewing!
It escapes the lf: Just mouse mark, copy and paste in a Kde Konsole and return!

Here on fluxbox and programms "konsole", "xterm" or "terminal" it didn't :-( :

Ok, I see the problem you tried to avoid.

With doubleqoutes you can avoid the truncation of the URL *and* there is no problem with c&p.
