[EN] improper screen resolution
« on: 2014/11/29, 02:52:19 »
I currently using xfce version.Default screen resolution is incorrect.
Correct is 1366*768 but it displayed at 1024*768 (can't adjust).
Seems AMD Graphic driver not installed yet because I use AMD Radeon HD 7470.

Ok - we hear it - but what should we do? - I would suggest to install the radeon driver.

EDIT: This may sound a little bit ironic - and it is. We can't install the radeon driver nor provide this driver on our ISO, because the radeon driver need non-free packages - so the user should decide to activate contrib and non-free and install the driver by himself.

Have a look at http://sidu-manual/gpu#foss-xorg

If your card is supported:

Code: [Select]
apt-get install firmware-linux-nonfree
and reboot.
