Hi all,

I have recently done a d-u and since then LibreOffice calc has an annoying missing feature.
Normally when I select a cell with a formula that refers to other cells, I click inside that cell and the cells that were referred to would light up in different colors, matching the colors of the cell coordinates in the formula window. This doesn't work any more.

Also clicking SHIFT+F4 for changing from relative to absolute referral doesn't work.
See also: https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Addresses_and_References,_Absolute_and_Relative

The same problem occurs both on my desktop and laptop PC.

Version of Libreoffice:

Code: [Select]
dion@siductionbox:~$ apt-cache policy libreoffice-calc
libreoffice-calc:
  Installed: 1:5.4.3~rc1-2
  Candidate: 1:5.4.3~rc1-2
  Version table:
 *** 1:5.4.3~rc1-2 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1:5.4.2-3 500
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian testing/main amd64 Packages

I googled on this problem but did not find any solution yet. Anyone else having this problem as well?

EDIT: Apparently the behavior of LibreOffice CALC has changed. I have to double click the cell now to show the colored referal. So the problem is solved.

Thanks,
Dion

this is/was a bug, have a look at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113179

The fix will be available in 5.4.4.
