[EN] [SOLVED] Wine Bug
« on: 2021/10/24, 19:26:11 »
Re-installing Debian Unstable on my laptop, attempted to install wine, and apt-listbugs reported bug #995580. Is this something that affects the end user or is this more of an issue for the packager(s)?

Site facelift looks really nice. Kudos to all who were involved with the effort.

That's not an unusual type of bug for unstable -- it just means Debian development got ahead of that particular package, and the package maintainer will have to update the package accordingly.

Thank you for the reply dibl. I logged into the Debian Unstable install on my desktop (I should have thought to do that before posting) and I have wine v5.0.3-3 there and it runs fine.
