Hallo hajoscha,
EN (and I hope Aptosid user snvv finds this - he reported the same problem on the aptosid forum):
Possible solution:
Install package systemd-shim, which provides systemd function emulations for users still booting via init. Because the current policykit-1 depends on libpam-systemd which in turn depends on systemd functionality. Therefore apt puts the old policykit-1 on hold on machines using init, and this (previous) version of policykit-1 may cause the aforementioned problem on otherwise current systems.
