Dist upgrade wanted to remove KDE desktop last night. I assume that is a no-go.

May I direct you to the problem

Just wondering if there is an update on this.
There are still a number of packages flagged for removal (libboost).
In checking through the 'new packages', it seems there are new versions to 'replace' these.
Cheers.

Please read here

python3.7 transition 92% done (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/python3.7-default.html)
boost1.67 transition 89% done (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/boost1.67.html)

Thanks Piper

Is it save in the meantime to do a DU?
-
The biggest one's being
python3.7 transition 96% done (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/python3.7-default.html)
boost1.67 transition 93% done (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/boost1.67.html)
perl 5.28 transition 99% done (https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/perl.html)
and you have to pay attention to what the Collisions say for them and everyone should be looking at transitions (https://release.debian.org/transitions/index.html) in a sid environment period, especially if what apt is telling you don't look right to you :P

Although my repo's are different than the normal siduction user, (incoming buildd, paintitblack) I am good at the moment, but, being sid, that can change in a heartbeat.
YMMV
