Title: Keyboard numeric keypad cannot be activated (current KDE plasma)

Maybe someone knows how to fix it?
Which files are responsible, which cache files you might have to delete?

Mysterious is that the numeric keypad is functional in a second, supposedly identical, siduction installation.
