sticky mouse cursor

Dear all,
since my latest d-u roundabout a week ago, my mouse respectively the cursor seems to getting older +30 years or so. It became lazy and follows the mouse moves with delays upto > 5 s.
It is also glued to a certain position and after several seconds jumping to the new position.
Anyone eperienced something like this?
Or do I have to purchase again new batteries?
I do not think so, as from time to time behaviour is normal...

I can only speak for myself and have not seen any changes to my mouse operations with the latest upgrade(s). It might be a good idea to change out the batteries and see if it corrects the problem, if not remove the new batteries and save for later use.

Hi tommy2,
yes it seemed to be the way, I tried your proposal and it worked. I was astonished how sporadically seldom it started and thought about something else.
Thanks!
