Title: Clonezilla, welche Version ist was?

Im Debianrepo befindet sich Version 3.27.16-3. Wenn man aber zur Downlodseite von Clonezilla schaut befindet sich dort als aktuelle Version 2.5.6-22.

Warum ist Debian schon bei 3.27.16-3, verstehe ich nicht. Weiß jemand was da bedeutet oder so?

I don't have an answer, but I do know in Jan. 2018, version 3.27.16-1 (debian) was out, almost had to use for a friend (I downloaded just in case)

Es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Clonezilla und Clonezilla live.  ;)

Nun, das ist ein anderes Ballspiel - DRBL (Diskless Remote Boot unter Linux)

DRBL verwendet PXE/Etherboot, NFS und NIS, um Dienste für Client-Rechner bereitzustellen.

Macht nix, Clonezilla live 2.x is based on clonezilla 3.x.
