How about adapting the existing wiki to handle multi lingual?  I seem to remember that you can do this with media wiki. http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Translate

Additionally for a small fee (or even free if you ask them nicely) you could use the Google Translate API https://developers.google.com/translate/ to do a first pass or automatic translation.  See also http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Google_Translator which may also be of some use.
