[EN] If locate finds nothing (btrfs)

My desktop is running: KDE Plasma v: 5.27.9 Distro: siduction 2023.1.1 giants - kde - (202311052129). Filesystem is Btrfs. Unlike in a live session, the command "updatedb" does nothing. The database file with the index remains virtually empty. (/var/lib/plocate/plocate.db). As a result, a search with "locate" remains without result.

This may be due to the different file structure that btrfs provides (subvolumes).

This change in the "/etc/updatedb.conf" file can help:

Change PRUNE_BIND_MOUNTS="yes" to "no".
