[EN] Problems with gTranslator addon - Firefox & Chrome

I've noticed that the past few days gTranslator has stopped working.  One click would translate a whole page of the German forums making it easy to check out that side of the forum.  It no longer seems to work.

I also tried Chrome with similar results.  On Chrome I got an error message saying that automatic language recognition only works on windows, which, is strange, but, that's what it read.

Now, if I bring up the actual translate.google.com page:
http://translate.google.com/#auto/en/
It works like the browser addons use to.

Is anyone else seeing this?  I'm also seeing it on my Fedora install.

Yes, on chromium-browser.

However, today's chromium update seems to have corrected the issue, at least on this one netbook that I've checked.
