that means that ipv6 in the the current kernel is a little bit messed up for unknown reasons - starting with something like
linux /vmlinuz root=LABEL=lxqt iommu=soft ipv6.disable=1
might be helpful until there is a clean solution
Edit: the iommu=soft is only needed by my AMD bulldozer system i suspect
