[DE] Frickelplatz und dkms?

Hallo,

Hab gerade -versehentlich, normalerweise nehm' ich 3rd-Party-Repos dabei raus- ein D-U mit Frickelplatz in der Liste probiert. Dabei sollte dkms und nvidia-kernel-dkms installiert werden.
Nvidia-kernel-source usw. waren zum aktualisieren vorgesehen.

nvidia-glx hat ein depend auf das installierte Kernel-Modul, oder dkms.
Das hat mit Frickel nix zu tun, das ist vom Maintainer so vorgegeben.

ok, also zuerst die nvidia-kernel-source runterladen und das Modul bauen lassen, dann bleibt dkms auch weiterhin draußen.

So ist es, ich hätte die Depends natürlich ändern können, aber ich wollte den Upgrade Pfad nicht riskieren.

hm, irgendwie hab ich dabei wohl Mist gebaut. Das log bricht wirklich an dieser Stelle ab und nur noch der Reset-Knopf hilft.

Die "settings" hab ich wieder gepurged, dachte es könnte an den unterschiedlichen Versionen liegen, aber das war's wohl auch nicht.

Ich sehe Nichts, was du falsch gemacht hast.
Ich hab das gerade bei mir genau so nachgestellt und kann keine Probleme feststellen.
X startet normal.
Einziger Unterschied, ich benutze nicht den aptosid-kernel.
Was sagt denn ein dmesg | grep -i nv?

Dann mach ich mal meinen Cache leer , purge und versuche eine neue Installation, wenn das nicht klappt hol ich mir mal den Frickel-Kernel.

Also purgen und neu installieren hat nix gebracht. Gleiches Ergebnis.
Was mir aber gerade aufgefallen ist: Der Grub Bildschirm und der Start der Bootsequenz zeigen die Schriftart und Größe die ich auch mit dem nouveau später im boot-Prozess hatte.
