If you have an lxqt install -- hold off on full-upgrade  -- right now d-u removes libfm-qt13 lxqt lxqt-core lxqt-panel -- probably not a good idea.

Looking into this situation, a transition to LXQt 2.0.1 is in progress, but packaging for Debian is not complete and some dependency issues still exist. For example:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lxqt-metapackages

and  https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lxqt-panel

So ...  patience!

EDIT 21 MAY: A full-upgrade to version 1.4.0-x is now stable, on my hardware:

Code: [Select]
root@don-presario:/# apt policy pcmanfm-qt
pcmanfm-qt:
  Installed: 1.4.0-2
  Candidate: 1.4.0-2
  Version table:
 *** 1.4.0-2 500
        500 https://deb.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
root@don-presario:/# apt policy lxqt-panel
lxqt-panel:
  Installed: 1.4.0-1
  Candidate: 1.4.0-1
  Version table:
 *** 1.4.0-1 500
        500 https://deb.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
root@don-presario:/# apt policy lxqt
lxqt:
  Installed: 32+b1
  Candidate: 32+b1
