Title: Kopete OTR support

Hello,

OTR support in Kopete is going to be removed on debian because it doesn't support yet the new upcoming libotr >= 4. However, someone wrote a patch to port it to the new library, so, instead of dropping it, I have just included the patch in a kdenetwork update available in kdenext.

To be honest, I didn't test it, so I would appreciate any feedback if someone is using otr in kopete (I have just included the patch in hope that I'm choosing the lesser of two evils i.e. "untested patch" vs "dropping the feature").

if people desire to keep the feature they should file a bug report against kopete.

According to the bug ticket, it should be fixed in 4.12.
