Hello bluelupo,
apt-mark hold libc6 libc6-dev libc-dev-bin

Hello,
the libc 2.19-3 packages are complete. You can
apt-mark unhold libc6 libc6-dev libc-dev-bin
and your dist-upgrade will not remove rpcbind.
I just checked it for the amd64 architecture.
greetings
musca
