Title: missing xfce themes
Post by: mjsurette on 2012/06/08, 04:00:04
I just installed siduction-12.1-desperado-xfce-amd64-201205212227.iso.  I had a few minor issues which were disposed of easily, but there is one left.

When I try to change the theme in Settings Manager/Appearance a lot of themes are missing.

Looking in /usr/share/themes I find that themes with a gtk-2.0 subdirectory, like Xfce-saltlake show, while those with an xfwm4 subdirectory, like Synthetic, don't.

Is there a package to install or setting to change that will fix this?

Install xfwm4-themes.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I already had them installed, but just to be sure it wasn't a setup issue I removed and reinstalled them.  Still no luck.

Sorry for the noise, I was just looking in the wrong place for the themes.
