[EN] "Filter failed"
lanig:
Hi all,
I have a LBP113/913 Canon printer which was working perfectly and then stopped with the last big updates.
The jobs fails with "Filter failed" message. I have reinstalled the Canon drivers but it didn't help.

Thanks for your help

You've reinstalled the driver but have you tried to reinstall the printer?
--- Code: ---HTTP_STATE_WAITING Closing for error 32 (Broken pipe)
--- End code ---
lanig:
Yes, suppressed and recreated the printer.

During the recent T64 transformation I noticed several cups packages were going to be be remove. I was able to avoid it but did you? Are you missing any cups packages?
I just installed a new Cannon wireless printer the other day and it went without issue and prints fine although it shows as driverless.

That is the message I get on my HP LaserJet when the proprietary firmware plugin is not installed. Does your Canon need a firmware plugin?
