https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=908681 - there is no transition right now. only a new hplip built against the messed up sane-backends. Will take care later.

Thank you for the reply.  I updated the libsane1 package a week or two ago and it isn't in the list of upgrades to be performed.  So what's the transition page on sane-backends all about if there is no transition?
