New kernel 5.13.4-2-siduction-amd64 works fine, no problems!
Quote
~$ dmesg | egrep -i "failed"
~$

Problem solved. All soundcards available, usb-dvb working again.

Explanation makes  lot of sense. Thanks, good job .... as always

Will now install usrmerge ...
Ok, you can't code, but you still might be able to write a bug report for Debian's sake

No luck for me: I installed usrmerge and the newest kernel, but still the external usb sound card is not doing well:

Are you sure this is kernel related?  Without the sound card attached, is the boot error-free on that Lenovo? Is the sound card very new, or very old?

The sound-card is not particulary old, it's a Steinberg UR 22 C.

OK, I am no kernel diagnostics guru, so I don't offer a solution. But in 10 years of working with Linux systems, I have learned that a kernel "Oops" is a very bad thing -- it means something is incompatible on your hardware, and that is before you plug in the sound card. So I am saying you have a hardware compatibility problem unrelated to the sound card, that must be resolved first, before troubleshooting a USB sound card issue.

@cs,

do you have installed the firmware? Is there something into /lib/firmware for your wifi-device? The error-message seems to me pointing to a missing firmware or a wrong version of it.
Wenn Windows die Lösung ist...
kann ich dann bitte das Problem zurück haben?

Related to the topic, the problem is not yet solved.
The WiFi's are visible but the connetion fails in c-blues and far-well installation, only patience is ok.

so most likely I have to go back to patience  :-\

The problems encountered with 5.13.3-1 were never strictly wifi issues, AFAIK. What is your wifi chip and driver?  Here, wifi is working correctly on two older laptops with 5.13.4-3 (KDE, plasma-nm):

Code: [Select]

The WiFi's are visible .......
Message: no password found

I don't think that is related to the kernel, because the wifi is visible. The kernel done his job!

That must be another reason. Maybe a software failure.
So my first question, which flavor you are using? Xfce, KDE, Xorg, nox. mate or what ever.
Are you using wpa_supplicant or IWD, with network manager or not, questions over questions.
What does dmesg and or journalctl telling you,

Without any information about your system, no one can help you.

Sorry, but there is no crystal ball around here!

All is fine  ;)

Sorry for confusion.
