(solved) Time on Cairo-Clock
« on: 2016/12/24, 18:59:54 »
I set my taskbar clock to Eastern US (-5), but my desktop clock (Cairo-Clock) continues to show Greenwich Time, five hours ahead of my local time. How do I adjust that?

You might have to ask the author of cairo-clock, because we don't ship it. I just installed it here and it works fine for CET.  Maybe one of our users might have a clue, but given it's X-Mas, that might take some time.

Happy holidays

Thanks. It's a minor annoyance in a very fine OS.
Happy holidays to you, too.

Does

Code: [Select]
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
fix it or no
